Sustainability

In order to allow growers to lead the pack in terms of sustainability, we must ensure that our greenhouses perform exceptionally well in terms of energy-conserving climate control, organic crop protection, segregated waste streams, re-use of condensed water and rain, light pollution, solar screens and energy screens. We provide the right greenhouses for each of these challenges – innovative greenhouses that generate solar energy and use heat more efficiently, while helping growers cultivate various types of crops. For instance, we offer innovative greenhouses such as the Daylight Greenhouse, the ID Greenhouse and the 2SaveEnergy Greenhouse, or alternatively, energy-efficient greenhouses into which solar panels can be integrated so that roofs can consist of both glass panels and solar panels, or in which solar panels can be incorporated into business and storage premises, carports, etc.

Lumenex™ Solar

The Lumenex™ Solar system is a durable and structurally strong self-supporting greenhouse structure specifically designed to integrate framed and unframed solar panels in Venlo and wide-span greenhouses. With this system, we look closely at the application of the greenhouse building and the desired greenhouse climate beforehand. This is used to determine the most optimal use of solar panels in a crop area, room or corridor.

Lumenex™ Venlo Sandwich

The Lumenex® Venlo Sandwich greenhouse roof system is ideal for the integrated realization of processing and storage areas, as well as for cold storage and boiler houses. The system is ideally suited for easy connection of insulation panels to the glass greenhouse structure.

Greenhouse sidewall system
