Next to ensuring a safe working environment for our employees, BOAL Systems also has the goal of keeping these employees up and running for a longer period of time. As well for the moment, as well for the future. In doing so, we recently started with a process aiming for further developing and motivating our employees. This has been made possible by a contribution from the European Social Fund.

Within this process, we focus on an introduction and training program for our new permanent and temporary employees. We set up a special route with these employees to further develop and test the competencies and skills. This way we also anchor specific business, our products and work process information, which further increases the quality of our products and services.
